Triune Banquet and Silent Auction http://www.richmondacademy.org
In an effort to raise funding that allows Richmond Academy to continue to offer
the highest possible quality of services and programs, we are planning our
Triune Banquet and Silent Auction. This year's event will be held on Saturday,
May 15, 2004 at MCL Cafeteria at 6:00 p.m. As with any fundraiser, sponsors are
greatly needed. We are asking for your help. Please find on the attached card a
breakdown of each of our donor levels and the benefits associated with them. In
order to assist us in our planning for this event and to meet our printing
deadlines, we would request that if you would like to be a sponsor that we would
receive your response by no later than March 26, 2004. We would appreciate any
donation you would like to give.
If you are not able to make a cash donation, perhaps you, or your business,
would consider donating an item of value (e.g., a night's stay, a gift
certificate, merchandise, etc.) that can be used to help Richmond Academy raise
funds. We would appreciate any donation you would like to give. In return, you
or your business's name will be included in our program as a donor.
Tickets for the event are also available at a cost of $12.00 per person or
$22.00 per couple. We are offering live entertainment, and guests will enjoy a
great selection of food purchased separately from the cafeteria. The number of
tickets available is limited to seventy-five and will be sold on a first come,
first served basis.
If you have any additional questions or need further information, please
contact us at 765-962-7677 or by email at
.
Family Night We will be having a family night at our Scholastic Book Fair, Thursday,
March 4 from 6-7:30 pm. There will be books for all ages, plus games, prizes and
much more. Please plan on attending. We will be having a real live Pirate!
Financial Help for Families
http://www.richmondacademy.org/financial_aid.htm
At this time, we offer multi-student discounts for all families. We can also
offer up to a 5% discount based on financial need. Beyond this, most churches
understand the importance of their children getting a private Christian
education and will help. Families interested in Richmond Academy with a
financial need should speak to their church's board members and ask for help.
RAPA (Richmond Academy Parents Association)
http://www.richmondacademy.org/rapa.htm
We are now making preparations for our next function. If you would like to help,
join RAPA! Any person having a direct interest in Richmond Academy is eligible
for membership.

businesses, churches, and the community will help us reach our goals to provide
the best education for our community's children.
The Triune Fund makes possible:
Building Programs which help to remodel,
repair and maintain school and classrooms.
Need-based Financial Aid which encourages and
ensures economic diversity within our student body
Faculty and Staff Continuing Education which
helps hire and retain the very best people available
At the end of the school year, there will be a plaque with
all of the names of those who have given and their club.
